Jan 25 2011 Sumas prairiebr/I noticed this small hawk as I was driving through Sumas Prairie. There were reports of a possible Broad-winged Hawk in the area so I turned round to find this juvenile Red-tail with what appears to be Long-billed Syndrome which may explain its' small stature.
